Modular Grid Experiment – Live in Palermo 2015

The southern Italian artist Doktor Tox (Emilio Totta) is a sound designer. One of the few artists of this city strongly connected with modular complex and varied sounds. "Sci-Fi inspiration" & Drone are genres and results derived from his experiments with electronic modular systems. Everything is about the layering of sound and its projection in the panoramic sound created by modular synths and analogue equipment. The contact with Nostress was obvious and easy, and resulted in a performance in the historic center of Palermo in the Easy Reader Library, a place of high cultural value. Modular Grid Experiment is the logical title of that performance on a hot evening last summer, on July 10th 2015.
