Musiche dal presente perpetuo

The new musical project by Alfredo Giammanco Dronescape develops in constant orbit with the fascinating and enchanting universe of the drone music with random textures developed and "played" with the subtractive synthesis from integrated / modular analog synthesizer (GrpA4), magnetic transduction from exposed spring reverberation, treatment of signals with reverberations and external delays. In turn, the materials are then processed using digital algorithms in the Max/MSP and Csound environments (sub-sampling, granular synthesis and spatialization by envelope follower) designed by the composer. The result of this complex compositional modality leads to the creation of sound spaces that tend to gradually cancel out to leave free space for abstract and gravity-free reverberations. The space is determined by the times of decay of the reverberations and the sonorous directionality refers to compositional environments that make formal thought unitary. Counterpoints of thematic subjects govern the density of events and the rhythm, often, transforms its usual function replacing it with the melodic one. The aesthetic result leads the listener towards immense and abstract spaces, where sound sculptures hover in the void. The new album entitled "Musiche dal presente perpetuo" is composed of seven soft and seductive sound pads, seven sound and metaphysical journeys that deconstruct the atmosphere creating apocalyptic scenarios and project psychedelic images devoid of space and time.
